Sadly he's standing down from Gardeners world, he's had a stroke and doesn't think he's able to give it his all. I wonder who will replace him as Britains top gardener. I hope its not Chris Beardshaw, he's not a GW man. Carol Kleine is good so is Joe Swift, I think I'd like Carol to take over as the first woman and bring in Joe and someone else to help out. We definitely need another gardener not a designer. Its plants we need to know about.
